Shipping policy

Delivery

Free local delivery service is available for online orders, except for overseas orders. We reserve the right to charge due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address or if there is no one receiving or picking up at the specified address or time and additional costs are incurred. Delivery time is usually within 2 business days.

Refund

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. The company will refund the price paid for orders up to 12 packs for any reason on one occasion if the customer is not satisfied.  For orders above 12 packs, or on subsequent occasions, the customer must return the goods at its own expense and the company will refund the price paid and the return shipping cost if the goods are found to be defective.

International order

For all orders for delivery outside Hong Kong, it is the customer’s responsibility to check with their local customs, tax authorities or other government agencies for relevant import restrictions. The customer is responsible for all customs confiscation risks and/or import taxes (If any). Delivery charges for overseas orders will be determined by us based on the actual cost.
